Program Requirements

Registered Nurses

To ensure that we provide the highest quality nursing professionals to our clients, Mutzy Recruitment has set the following requirements for our registered nurses. We seek flexible, diverse, and inclusive candidates who embody our core values and have a passion for Nursing.

  • Recognised Degree\Diploma in General Nursing in country of residence.
  • 6 months or more of current and consistent acute care nursing experience.
  • Experience should in a Tertiary and large secondary level hospital of no less than 80 beds in size.

 

Mutzy Recruitment is seeking only those nurses working in clinical inpatient settings (EXAMPLES: Medical/Surgical, ER, ICU, HDU, CCU, Inpatient Oncology, etc.), we are unable to consider Pediatrics, PICU, NICU/Neonatal, OBGYNE/Antenatal/Postnatal, L&D, Psychiatry and OPD.

 

Please note the following: Continuous work experience during the process and up to deployment is required. Preference is given for nurses who have passed NCLEX or IELTS/TOEFL. For RNs without NCLEX, if offered contract they will be required to undergo the NCLEX review program.

Certified Nursing Assistants

Certified Nursing Assistants are an integral part of any Medical facility, providing compassionate care to patients and supporting Registered Nurses in delivering quality healthcare services. At Mutzy Recruitment, we have high standards for our CNAs and strive to provide them with opportunities for growth and career advancement. Below are our requirements for the Certified Nursing Assistants program.

  • Minimum of one-year related work experience to include working with patients in inpatient settings
  • Previous experience and ability to demonstrate documenting within an Electronic Medical Record required.
  • Demonstrates effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • The CNA must have a BSN or Diploma in Nursing.
  • Current or recent experience with an Electronic Health Record (EHR), such as EPIC.
  • Prepared to to take CNA Certification exams.
  • Submit Certificate, Transcript and Detailed clinical CV
