The Recruitment Process

With around 3 million nursing jobs in the United States there are numerous opportunities for you to find your place in the USA and we at Mutzy Recruitment are here to help you.  Below are our simple steps.

Complete our online form providing your details, qualification, current location, cv, copy of id and certificates. After submission you will be invited to attend an online information seminar.

The application is a comprehensive questionnaire that kick starts the official process.

Once you submit your application, our recruitment team reviews the information you have provided us and will reach out to you to guide you through the process. If you meet the program requirements, an interview will follow. After a series of interviews and a clinical assessment, you will receive an offer if you are selected for the program. At that point, all you have to do is accept!  
After accepting your offer and signing your contract you will be required to submit documents. These documents are needed for the U.S. licensure and immigration process to get you to the United States quickly and as simple for you as possible.
While TOEFL or IELTS is not required to apply to the program, it is a requirement for the licensure and immigration process. Your recruiter will have advised when the best time to take this exam would be. If you haven’t passed the NCLEX-RN exam, you will then be enrolled in the NCLEX-RN review program,which is personalized to your needs and includes one-on-one coaching from experienced R.N. instructors. Once you’ve completed the review, payment5 will be made for you to take the exam and fly you to the nearest testing center.
After passing the NCLEX-RN exam, your Green Card will be filed! You could arrive in the U.S in as little as 8-12 months from filing. Monitoring the movement of the visa bulletin is essential in your process.You will receive help to prepare for your exit interview with the U.S. embassy and guide you through anything else needed for your transition. Once you arrive in the U.S., your physical Green card will be issued to you!
Finally: arrive in the U.S! When you arrive, you will go through a series of clinical and cultural transitions programs. The cultural transitions program is designed to assist internationally trained nurses in assimilating to their new life in the U.S. Guidance is offered on navigating life in the US, including driving a car, acquiring housing, and much more! During the Clinical transitions program, R.N.s are trained and guided by our Clinical Instructors through live training, state-of-the-art simulation labs, role-play scenarios, etc. The program has been designed by Clinical instructors who have worked as R.N.s in the U.S. and have designed this program to help you transition as smoothly as possible into your new nursing position.

Once you’ve successfully completed the transitions program, it’s time to embark on your new adventure in your new city and assignment. To ensure a smooth transition, a travel specialist will be there to assist you in settling into your new home. And that’s not all – ongoing support will be available throughout the duration of your assignment, including help from H.R., clinical resources, transition assistance, continuing education, and many other forms of assistance. With all of this support, you’ll be well-equipped to start living your version of the American Dream.
